Home staging with playing room

When you stage a house, it is very important to consider the target that could visit and finally buy it. If the house is located on a family-oriented neighborhood it is a good idea to create a playing area. That could be place in a basement, a hall, sunroom or be part of the family room. It has to be a cozy and colorful area that invites the children to stay and spend time there. It could include also a desk and chair or a small table with chairs to give the idea of a homework/studying area too.

When we do a home staging with a playing area we usually include a tipi tent, a bean bag, a chalkboard, wood toys, a rug, pillows and some colorful pictures.

Bellow we show a few home staging with playing room we did in the basement and distribution halls. Most of them area within the Annapolis area, including downtown Annapolis, Severna Park, Edgewater, Ellicott City, etc.
